Indian Nationals to work as Security Screener (Total 400 Security Screeners) on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period
of three years on Pan India Basis.

AAICLAS Recruitment 2022 Age Criteria:
I. Age criteria as per the then advertisement provided for the selection of respective
year SSC examination will be treated as final for the slab of 18-27 years, i.e., candidate
must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1995 and not later than 01.01.2004.
II. Age relaxation will be provided as per norms of respective year SSC
advertisement i.e., 5 years for SC/ST candidate, 3 years for OBC & 3 years for ex-servicemen
AAICLAS Recruitment 2022 Selection Procedure:
1. The eligible candidates have to fill online application form through the official
website of AAICLAS (www.aaiclas.aero) under “career” column against Engagement
Advertisement No. 05 of 2022.
2. Only the following to the attached with the application form: -
(i) Result card of SSC Tier I examination (2019 and/or 2020 and/or 2021)
(ii) latest passport size coloured photograph (max 20KB size)
(iii) scanned signature (max 20KB size)
3. On receipt of online application, the scrutiny/preliminary verification of filled in
application/data shall be made by AAICLAS, to ascertain the eligibility.
4. In case the total eligible applications shall be equal to or higher than 2.5 times of
total positions, than at the first stage the qualified candidates of SSC (Tier I)
examination of Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination) for the year
2019 shall be given preference and thereafter for 2020 and then 2021.
5. In case the total eligible applications shall be less than the desired numbers, all
the received eligible applications (either Tier-I qualified candidates of Combined
Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination for 2019; 2020 & 2021 or Tier-I
qualified candidates for Combined Graduate Level Examination for 2019; 2020 &
2021) shall be considered all together for further engagement process, however,
preference shall be given to combined Higher Secondary qualified candidates for
the year 2019 followed by 2020 then 2021 and thereafter Combined Graduate
Level Examination for 2019 followed by 2020 then 2021 passed out candidates.
6. First priority in both the above cases (sl.no.4 & 5) shall be given to 2019 Tier-1
qualified candidates, thereafter to 2020 Tier-1 qualified candidates and then 2021
Tier-I qualified candidates.

7. The short-listed candidates will have to undergo the following procedure before
engagement: -
i. Eye/ Color blindness examination.
ii. Should have unimpaired vision and hearing ability.
iii. Ability to recognize objects – highlighted by X-ray equipment.
iv. Good oral and written communication skills.
v. Good physical strength and ability.
(All these examinations shall be carried/arranged by the Company, at its
own expenses. However, candidate has to reach the venue at their own).
8. Thereafter the interview/online interview shall be conducted in respect of the
medically fit/eligible candidates.
9. Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in SSC (Tier-I) Examination, a list
of provisionally selected candidates shall be made and published on the website
of AAICLAS. Preference shall be given to 10+2 combined 2019 then 2020 then
2021, later Graduate combined 2019 then 2020 then 2021.
